WTB: Industrial strength box spring + matress

I am in desperate need of a box spring and matress that can sustain a load of ~1000 lbs at any given time. I'm already on my fourth matress this month. I've tried a waterbed setup but after rupturing the bladder and spilling an ass load of water in my apartment, I'll never attempt that again.

I know this is an odd request, but if someone could possibly fabricate something for me I will pay anything. Money is not an issue. I even have an idea that involves a set of leaf springs from a 1989 Ford F-150. PM me if you think you can help.

i've just read this thread, and i gotta say, i'm disgusted...if someone says something that pisses u off or whatever in a thread...then i'm all for tearin them up...but this is just plain immature. the one impersonated wasn't/hadn't been posting here much anymore due to things like thisanyway, so i fail to see why he was even brought into this...
