Is there a simple way to change your I.P. address?
call your I.S.P
even they wont do it really
Why do you want to change your ip addy? - You may not have to!
What does it start with? - Changing it may not matter!
Do you have a static or dynamic IP?
if you have a dynamic couldn't you just release the ip address?
start > run > type cmd > ipconfig /release then reboot
thats definetly the easiest way, and with win 95/98 / ME its the same except you would type "winipcfg" insted of "ipconfig "
Problem with that is depending on the service he has the computer and ISP will probably track his last know IP. If the same IP is available in the pool then it will just be re-assigned to him.
The real question that needs to be answered first is why does he need a new IP address in the first place.
Release/renew? might work, might not
Why not just spoof another ISP.. no worries then.
Worst part is, he's doing it because he got banned from a web site that he says he doesn't like... he obviously likes it enough to try and get back on
would getting a new IP address get msn back on my computer?
No -> format c:
BINGO I wanna pull a Beaker!
then why didnt you ask me how to do it......
i can get around ip blocks, but you cant register through my program
