I just took some chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) out of the freezer.

I'm not sure what I want to make with them. I need some ideas.

I have two recipes. Do you want curry (sweet curry) or barbeque?

I like to stir-fry mine, with veggies, noodles, and a sweet chilli thai sauce

Well, I don't really feel like curry and I don't have a bbq.

I think the biggest problem is I don't know what I feel like eating for dinner.

You don't need a barbeque. :) It's just a sauce I make for them. Cooked in the oven.

It's barbeque sauce, ginger, garlic, chili powder and a few other things.

    Ohhh, that sounds good.

If you wouldn't mind posting the recipe that would be great!

    Thanks.

    That was my first thought!

But I was thinking it might take to long.

I had chicken last night and all I did was put some lemon juice on them with some Italian spices and baked them. Delish!

I have never made it and haven't had it in years but it is sooo good.

I might try to make it this weekend.

Well I just got home and they are still frozen, so I guess we'll be having them tomorrow.

    Nope. :happysad:
I've tried a few different ones and they were decent but not great.
My great aunt makes amazing chicken cacciatore but I haven't been able to get the recipe out of her yet.

Tiny cleminines, cherries and lychee nuts.

    They didn't last long.

My son just finished off the box.

I keep meaning to pick up soybeans but I forget everytime I'm at the store. :kekeke:
