My kids are gay/trans and I support the rights.
Ok. Wasn't sure what you meant there
How is Russia not in control of Ukraine yet? My god.. is there military that bad?
Apparently it’s a lot of new conscripts, soldiers told they were going to training. Not to mention that major push back from the Ukrainian military and citizens, and the support from a shitload of countries that can gather crazy amounts of intel and report it to them.
They’re also blowing up bridges and railways to stop the Russians from resupplying so now tanks and trucks are running out of fuel. Soldiers have no food.
also the president is staying with his military on the front lines and that’s huge amounts of badassery
All in all it’s super fascinating and the social media aspect of watching it in real time is mind blowing
Alberta gonna be rich if Germany allows Russia to be kicked from SWIFT
Funny you mention that...
Hell yeah! Berta's gonna run this bitch!
Can somebody explain to me why Alberta gains from Russia being booted from banking systems.
Price of oil is going to go to the moon
And it's already at $100 a barrel again!
Really loving the wife’s hybrid right now
5.0 litre V8 in sport mode 75% of the time ftw.
Also hating paying 1.47/ltr....
200 to fill my work truck up last week, wasn’t even that empty.
thank fuck for a fuel card.
i was shocked when my atv took 30 and it was half full
I'm picking up my Tesla on Wednesday. The timing could be worse.
Can put $75 worth into my Element. Can't imagine being a truck owner right now. F that.
All my fuel eaters are summertime only vehicles. My daily is a diesel and takes me a few weeks to empty it. I need to stop today to fill up, might the the least expensive in a long time. My M3 is terrible on fuel, and the track vehicles are not even worth talking about fuel economy. The tow rig is lucky to get under 20L/100km when loaded up lol.
Yeah, I haven't had the Durango in sport mode or off ecomode in quite awhile.
Might break down and buy an electric or hybrid for our normal commuting this year. For now, I can swallow the 1.57/l ...
ive been getting 17.x
bit I do use remote start a lot and have bumped my tire size up a few notches
i have the 136 litre tank but drive a lot so I’m filling up at least once a week
Current avg is 15.4/100...but a lot of idling and remote start. Afternoon naps have been expensive the last little bit.
140 litre in my F150. But I ordered it with that. I have 300k once I leave town to even see another gas station.
I average 15.0 ltrs/100k. And have never put it in Eco mode!
the only time I switch modes is for snow, I find it works great even with no extra weight in the bed
filling up on those cold days is a fucker. But I can be in Yarmouth one day and Sydney the next, Moncton the day after that so I burn it fast.
got it in august 2020 and it’s got 80k ish on it now
That's more than mine. Got mine in June 2020, 39k. But yes, being able to make the trip to edmonton and almost make it all the way back without having to stop for gas is great.
Wish all of our vehicles were diesel. Been keeping an eye out for a last year TDI sport wagon to replace our gasser 7.5 golf. My cummins has been getting ridiculous mileage, 850 to a tank - not bad for 130l tank. meanwhile my diesel touareg gets 1150 to a tank and that only holds 100l
I still want my truck
77L cost me around $123 earlier today. I think I'm getting 12ish per 100. I was getting 10 when I had more hwy to work but it's all stop and go secondary roads since we moved.
I can squeak out a Halifax- Sydney trip in one tank in the winter, no problem in the summer.
I also have a shitload of petro points
Hahaa same. I just used some yesterday to grab a new Xbox.
After all these years you'd think a guy would know to jam the pump with the gas cap and jump back in the truck. Step your pump game up Aaron, sheesh.
You guys have gas caps?
I wedge a hockey puck in there. I just keep it in my door
no gas cap
No cap mine either. But I always jam my sunglasses case in there lol
