All hardwood floors, 11ft celings, in house washer and dryer. Rent is between 500-550$/month Included in rent is EVERYTHING* except food. but between 4 people that wouldent even be that bad. *by everything i mean heat, power, cable/internet/phone, water, EVERYTHING!!!! AS MUCH AS THIS PLACE IS EXPECTED TO BE A PARTY HOUSE, IT IS NOT. 3 out of the 4 of us are in school, and we will be socialites and all, but serious, no partys and shit. Super clean apartment Washer and dryer will have a dishwasher around xmas 2 old school fireplaces huge living room and dining room 2 parking spaces included bus stop on the doorstep for 2 busses that go right downtown and to the north end. awesome pub 1 min away coffee shop across the street Tower (gym) 1 min away bars 10 min away 2 huge common closets digital water heating (no cold showers) 2 entrances its a flat and it is 70 feet long and 30 feet wide.
Landlord is a wicked guy that will do anything to make his tenants happy. A lot of the apartment will be painted next week. This is the best deal in the south end. bar none.
WOW ... I can never get over how much living in any type of city costs ... looks like a killer pad tho' ... nice find
That is cheap, in that area you can find shit for that but it's without all that stuff and it's tiny ass ghetto housing

I searched high and low for a fucking month. 2 bedrooms that were ghetto as hell going for $1100 with nothing included. I've seen one bedroom basement apartments going for $850. I've seen 3 bedroom flats that can't hold a candle to the one I found for like $1800. the only way you will find a better pace for a better price is if you go to clayton park and further.
Looks good guys..Too bad i prolly won't see it b4 i go.Good luck. I would give my left nut to be ur landlord tho.. Imagine making $6000/month in Rent, to pay at the most $3000 for mortgage/.power etc..
oh he is making a killing...... theres a 2 level place near it thats for sale. 245K or 345K i forget. shit be pricey
ah, so that's the apartment that you were telling me about... looks awesome... I wish I could afford it right now... but with going back to school, and car insurance, and fuckin' bills I don't think I could do it right now... not to mention I need a better paying job.
