Anybody use a wake up light? The sunrise simulation ones? I'm thinking about trying one out. Having a harder time getting out of bed these days, with it being so dark. Hitting snooe for the first times in my life now and find I'm losing productivity in the morning. Thoughts? Recommendation?

50” led light bar bolted to the ceiling above your bed wired to your alarm clock should do the trick

I have two kids too. But I get up and hour before they do! Thank God. With the exception of weekends, they don't usually wake me up.

Yeah, not an early morning guy unless I absolutely have to be up. Never tried a light, my phone is loud enough to get the job done...but I don't set my alarm for early either. If I am up at 7:00am, that's early for me.

I'd like to try a light but the wife and are on different schedules so it wouldn't work.
