Without the proper licenses it is. If you have a friend who you pay to load some ammo for you no one cares. That same guy cannot load and sell ammo to anyone with the cash without a license.

On a side note, I emailed NRCan 2 weeks ago looking for more exact info on what it would cost to get the license. They did not respond.

There are several companies in Canada selling reloaded ammo at this time. From what I have seen they are only slightly cheaper than factory and some ammo (like WASP) is not reliable at all.

There is a guy in the Enfield area selling reloaded ammo. I don't know if he has the license for it, but his ammo is shit. Failure to fire and tumbling rounds are just some of the issues with it.

Yeah, you could get into trouble selling it that way

We sell Centaure commercially reloaded 9mm.. It's $18.50/50. New American Eagle right beside it is $19. Some shooters love the Centaure, it's got nothing to do with saving 50c a box..

I'll pass the info along to my shooting buddies. Will let you know if there is any interest in them disposing of any or all of that ammo for you
