Regardless of if it is an opinion article where they say what they think of it, what does that change about the factual information regarding this girl getting the boot over using a normal every day handsign?

The fact that folks were able to be trolled and took the bait to the viral degree that we have reached this point is the real issue. The folks who bought this troll and helped viralize it are just as culpable as the trolls themselves in terms of what is wrong with society

    One down, three to go?
Wasn't this the "But his mother drove him 24 hours across 32 state lines to get to Kenosha and he had every intention of killing those people with that machine gun AR-14" argument?

The one charge he was most likely to be convicted on turns out to not be a charge at all. 17 year olds are allowed to open carry long rifles, just not handguns or shorter barrel rifles

US is fucked. Kids can open carry rifles with no required training but can't drink a beer until they are 21

Oh I agree there. Its fucked.

Despite me being on this Kid's side because I feel he followed the letter of the law where he lives and then media completely ran a propaganda campaign, I can acknowledge it is totally fucked that it is legal. I can't judge cases with a Canadian lens, but I can point out the stupidity lol.

Legally you can open carry a non restricted rifle in Canada as long as the rifle is not loaded and you have your PAL.

For the purposes of transport. And I mean in a car.
I can throw my rifle in my car with a magazine beside it if it's during hunting season but other then that I need a trigger lock or for the bolt to be removed.

If you walk down a street with a rifle on your shoulder, someone will call police, they will arrest you at gunpoint, and you will be charged with causing a disturbance.

Yes, I am well versed on Canadian gun laws. It is Legal to carry a unloaded no restricted firearm in Canada you will still have to deal with the police and yes you will be charged something but it will not be firearm related.

I Kbec the gun needs to be transported in a locked case, and the ammo kept in a seperate locked box.

Similar here. But doesn't need to be in a locked case. It can be a rifle with no case but ammo needs to be kept in a separate place and rifle must be unloaded. So for instance gun can be over my shoulder on a strap while I am on a quad. But ammo should be kept in my quad box or in my back pack.

I like to hunt and provide food for my family that I don't need to buy from a store and is free from all the stuff they pump into our animals these days... My moose that I harvested this year will provide clean, delicious meat all year long and I won't need to buy beef at all during this time. I find hunting is a fun, relaxing and challenging pass time that I've thoroughly enjoyed for many years. And also a great way to spend time with my boys while also passing on important skills and lessons that they can take into their lives as they grow and develop into men that aren't so limited in their views as to think firearms are only something for those with smaller penis'. Because if they did have such a limited view... They wouldn't enjoy such great hobbies as going to the range or hunting.... Because they are my boys... And they are genetically linked to me.

I also find it ironic how your first inclination to defend your gun ownership in response to my observation is to call out the manliness of owning a gun… almost as if owning a gun somehow represents a penis.

Funny cause I don't consider what I posted to be any kind of manly behaviour... I just think it's normal. Sorry my hobbies threaten your manliness I guess? :shrug2:

Go read what you wrote and look at how you reference the association between what you’re doing with a gun and raising your sons in that way - it’s very linked to your perception of what it is to be a man / good father.

It’s probably hard for you to establish dominance with a small penis which is why you have guns.

Another way to state this is that I had a conversation without thinking I needed a gun to make my point.

Meh. We all concede defeat. You've out cocked us all m'lord. Forgive our pathetic shrunken Weiner's for attempting to explain how guns are just tools and really no different than an ATV or wrench or table saw. Or your computer. We were just foolish to think our perspectives were valued when really we mean nothing to anyone due to the disheveled cocks between our legs being so small compared to your huge, massive, horse like dong! We shall retreat now m'lord and never challenge your greatness again!

I like hunting season and venison, so penis size isn't a factor.

    Im just glad sanity prevailed.

The fact that they had to seize 1 reporters phone for trying to get pictures of the jury to leak to the public to pressure them and then kick MSNBC out of court completely because one of their reporters was running red lights trying to follow the jury bus just goes to show how far crazy the media has gotten.

I hope Kyle sues the fuck out a bunch of left outlet's for the outright propaganda they were printing for a year. The young Turks started damage control weeks ago. CNN just started damage control last night before the verdict.
