Brian just bought himself a nice little 98 porsche boxster. Waddya think? Selling the vette and jag tho.
It's still in BC, he needs to drive it out here and uh.. mountian conditions are less then safe.. but it looks awesome. He ended up getting that one 18k cheaper then another similar one he was looking at, plus it has all the options he wanted.
White on a bling sports car = t3h seXsee!! Now once he has it out for next summer, hop in it with your cute self and have some pics snapped for us
He's probably going to throw some winter tires on it and drive it all winter (if he needs to, we have other cars, but you never know). He's crazy like that... his jag was his winter car before. But he recently bought a pathfinder too, which is kick ass in calgary winters.
Nice car. I've always liked the Boxsters a lot.. even more then the 911. Nice pick-up for him. But, I'm kinda mystified by the "to the haters" nonsense... is this somehow prooving somebody wrong or something? It's not possible that somebody you know can buy a Porsche?
Oh.. er.. ok. I wasn't aware of that history. Not sure why somebody would give someone else a hard time because they have money. That seems pretty stupid and juvenile... depending of course on the attitude of the person with the money. Besides it's kinda relative anyway. I mean, a used Porchse Boxster seems like a very reasonable and possible purchase for a middle aged uper-middle-class type person. I don't see the big deal.... (and I don't mean that to put down the purchase of the car.. it's great.. hell.. if there was a place around here to get the maintenance done and it wasn't so outrageous I probably woulda looked into a used Boxster my self.)
Naaa, there was a thread bitching her out because she said cause her family took in over $200,000/year she didnt understand why her mom would ask her to spend $3 out of her own pocket and pick up some milk and bread for the familys supper Like you said D, it aint the $$, its the attitude.
Bwahaha... she bitched about having to chip in and buy milk and bread? Haha.. that's funny. Besides, $200K per year is a very nice living (more then my parents make) but it certainly doesn't constitute "having money" by my definition... definately well off though, depending on lifestyle....
She said the car is still in BC, therefore how would that pic posted above be taken in front of her house?
You from OT? My parents left for the weekend to check the car out, its in BC. He liked it, and it was 18K cheaper then the car he was lookin at out here (a red 99, i believe) plus it had all the options he wanted, so he bought it. He's probably going to pay to get it delivered to calgary (somewhere around 400 bucks) But believe me, you can have all the penny pics you want when it gets out here. I'll go take a penny pic of the vette in the garage right now
Seriously, you know nothing about me, what I do for my family, how appreciative I am, and you're judging me on one stupid comment I made months ago. That to me makes you insainly childish and probably partially retarded, so you can fuck right off.
If you want to get into details on something that doesnt even matter, fine, I will. But believe me, it isnt worth the headache. Don't believe everything you hear from bitter, childish people. Ignorance spreads lies.
Wow, he must have got a smokin' deal.... or the one on Calgary was WAY overpriced.... a 98 Boxster normally goes for $35-45K (depending on mileage and options and stuff...) So, $18K off of that = Honda Civic price...
OK, how bout I add the story about you whining when you had to put gas in the Jag? hahahahah.. What a rough life you live
No, I was whining that some guy tried to steal the car when I put gas in the jag. At least get the stories right you dumbass.
