Anyone know of a place that'll overlook lightly tinted front windows for an MVI???
Keep the windows rolled down when you go in. I've never been asked to roll them up. (Took my front tint off years ago mind you, but it worked at the time)
Is it a problem at places? My front windows on the teg are really really dark, and I've never been questioned about it when getting it inspected. Never been a problem. Granted, that's here on the island. Might be different there. Anyways yeah, that's my experience with it.
Dunno what the laws are in PEI but in NS its illegal to have any aftermarket tint on the windows directly to the left and right of the driver. Bought my car from Ontario with front tint on it, after the second $160 ticket it came off.
Man, that sucks.. tint is so necessary.
Tint is illegal here too, I'm just saying that even so, when getting an MVI done, they've never questioned it.
I never knew that ...
We just put tint on a friends Trans-Am ... It looks damn good ... Black car with 5% tint all around ... the thing looks evil ... Altho' you can't even see through the t-tops anymore ...
