    That could suck for the property owner that saw the fire but didn't do anything about it because the snow was containing the fire

    You kow the sad thing about this is, he probably got killed because someone couldn't pay their cab fare.

    Hopefully those responsible burn in hell. God knows the justice system won't do too much if they are ever caught.

    The store said they called numerous cabs and he doesn't recall who for. They also don't have cameras that record and there was a drug bust there not to long ago... probably won't be much help.

    Only if the pick up spot was their house. If it was a public place it would be difficult. Especially if they just flagged the car down and didn't call.

    Chances are anyone stupid enough to do this will be stupid enough to brag about it later. They just better get more than 7 years like the last cabbie murderer got.
