Well while we were in NB, we went to the track Saturday and Sunday and spotted this beauty running consistent low 13's, bone stock. These Syclones have by far been my favorite truck of all time. For those of you who don't know what you're looking at, you're seeing a 1991, all original, completely bone stock GMC Syclone. They are all-wheel-drive with a Turbocharged 4.3L. They were never available in canada, thus why the owner just picked this up in New Jersey with only 50K miles on it. It's in IMMACULATE shape inside and out, I couldn't believe it.

285bhp thanks to a monster turbo ! All of this was put down through a 4-spd auto box and 4-wheel drive. Best of all, by upping the standard 12PSI of boost to 16PSI you get 360-brake, 440lb/ft of torque and a 0 to 70 time of 4.9 seconds !

ps. I am jealous you saw that !

Its Syclone, and it's in the pictures.

IMO the Typhoon is the better choice because at least it is useful. The Syclone can't even have 500lbs in it's bed, which is retarded for a truck! 2 seats and can't carry anything... but it's a truck? Nah, no thanks.

I got a couple of pics of this one at the Atlantic Nationals this year in Moncton. I have seens lots of pictures about it but never in person before.

You would never know how fast they are unless you knew what they came with.

Now why can't GM make something like that again? Been over a decade since those were made. It'd be nice if they could do something like that now and have it priced affordably.

They don't make stuff like that because since it didn't sell then they have no reason to.
