the whole wikipedia thing is now an "official" story http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/more/06/28/bc.wrestlerdead.ap/index.html (for those that dont know, his wikipedia entry was edited, saying his wife was dead, more than 7 hours before police found the bodies)
The IP of the person who changed the Wikipedia originates in Stanford, Connecticut... Which is weird because the WWE is headquartered in Stanford, Connecticut.
I love how the SI report refers to the son as mentally "retarded".......haven't seen that in print for a while.
I was watching American Chopper a few months ago and they went to visit a "center for retarded citizens" at first I was like what the fuck!? but I guess like some said it's common place down there still seems ignorant to me
I don't know if its more ignorant.. or are we all just too sensitive.. ppl get all pussy hurt.. for example.. Disabled ppl.. used to be cripple.. then disabled.. then handicap.. now mobility impaired.. all because they don't like being labled by one word for any length of time.. (this is in no mean taking a shot at anyone with a physical disability just using it as an example).. I guess what I'm getting at... is that call it for what it is.. if someone is retarded .. there retarded.. (see proper defination for retard) .. if there not there not.. none of this mentally challenged.. learning disability.. etc etc..
Hooked on the Nighttime podcast - browsing through old episodes - “Chris Benoit, why do I know that name?” Start listening and realize - I was not a wrestling fan but remember the name only... because of this RC thread.
