The Sims

ok... so im trying to install teh game for my sister and it gets to 6%, and i get an error "component transfer error" but it wont say the problem... it does this everytime and this is the second copy of the game she's gotten, teh first one did the same as well.

 

is it a legit disk or a burned one

try installing it from a different cd drive if possible.
