Mine are going to be bad, after last weekend, but I'll post my numbers tomorrow morning. Good luck everyone
sorry Shawty I wasnt sure if you were in... its not too late to join... What kinda baseline do u want me to post... i thought everything was secret or is just the weights?
I thought we were posting our weight percentage change and the actual measurements. Since when did people get shy around here? It's just a number.....and we've all seen pictures, I don't think anyone is going to be shocked if I say I weigh 165, etc.
Oh I dont care about telling people my weight , I have before. Ill look for a tap measure thing after supper
alright..I will do this too. I have already been "losing" for the last couple weeks and am down around 6 lbs. but this is a good motivator. here are my measurements...I am a larger framed guy.... so I am probably the biggest in this little friendly compitition Weight -275 lb. Arm- 17" waist- 47" Hips- 48" leg- 31" chest- 49" let the losing begin.....I have been fighting this my whole life...and have now "conqured" my appetite. my mind is now controlling what I eat instead of my stomach. one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. way harder than quitting the nail biting.
Too much effort to do alone. Ill get Michael to help me tomorrow. I think my body fat went down to 27% from 33%
Looks like fun... but the last time I got into measurements and how much I weighed, I ended up borderline bulimic (not puking, but with exercising) for 4 months. So good luck all, but I'm out
Not if oyu're out of shape..... when I was 130ish I always had a really high body fat % because my weight was all fat and no muscle.
