Coming back from training in Tampa. Realized our agent only booked me back to Toronto, so had to get that changed. Heading hiking tomorrow then a bunch of friends/business partners rented a ranch oustide of the city where we are all staying tomorrow night.

Back Sunday and hopefully getting the pedal bike tuned up for a ride.

Sun is out in St. John's for first time in weeks. I am leaving early today.
Having sort of a house party tonight then relaxing all weekend

Hoping to get the car started for the first time this year and take it for a cruise.

Cape Breton for the first time in a few years to visit some family. Time goes by too quickly and you never make time. I am not feeling the best but step dad is driving, mom is cooking and all I have to do the whole weekend is visit, eat and drink. I think I can handle it lol

Take my kid out for a motorcycle ride before her gender reassignment surgery. Re-plant my raised garden since it's all dead. (Somehow the ground level garden survived - shrug). Laundry, yard work....

Bike ride Saturday, then work my way through the honey-do list. Sunday, it's up early for a 6:30am race start - 1/2 marathon time and the rest of the day is following the kids around to sports fields for soccer.

Spent the day in the L-Jack (Brandon Brewer) scramble Golf Tourney in Mactaquac. My and my buddies finished tied for fourth with a 63 (-9). Awesome day of not working.

That's interesting, if you care to discuss, is it a series of surgeries?

Just got my hair cut. Enjoying a coffee before I spend the day playing vintage video games (I added a GameCube to my collection and haven't played it much, so I may start there). After that, headed to the beer store and grocery store and preparing for friends coming over for a backyard fire.

Tomorrow will be a day of choring to take care of everything I'm skipping today

I mowed the lawn for the first time this year (the mower has been in the shop). I may bale the clippings at this rate.

Car failed safety because of the rear tires. Hoped they would pass for this season but no such luck. Ordered a set of Pilot Super Sports but until they arrive it's rejection sticker for me :( Bought the paint for the boat..that counts right? At least the lawn got done :)

Fronts are perfect, rears I'd drive on for a bit yet but the province disagrees since there are wear bars visible. I knew I'd need rear tires when I bought it, seller was up front. I just decided to replace all four instead of just the rears. I'm gonna toss them on Kijiji and recoup some cash.

As far as I know it's a single surgery taking place in Montreal. She's getting what is termed commonly as "bottom" surgery and (remarkably) the stay is only around a week. Pain is supposedly not the biggest issue, although she will be managed on morphine. Urinating is the big one.
