What program do you use to join together split files?
Depends on what type of file
They have extensions .001, .002 and so on.
I think your probably looking for something like win rar? However that sounds a little fishy. What are the full file names.
When I clic on the file it takes me to a site that describes all the different types of file name extensions. It says that the file is a 'split' file and needs to be joined. It then gives a website to a freeware joiner, but this joiner doesnt seem to work?
Again, inorder for me to give more suggestions I would need the full name of the files pls.
tda-mvs8.001, tda-mvs8.002, tda-mvs8.003, tda-mvs8.004, tda-mvs8.005, tda-mvs8.006, tda-mvs8.sfv, tda-mvs8.
sounds like winrar to me
is it a dl of some type????
Yeah, its a program, I got it off mIRC.
if you got it from IRC, then winrar should be all you need.
The files were inintially packet using Winrar. After I used Winrar to un-pack them, the files inside are the ones mentioned above. I just don't know how to join them.
after you unpacked them, select everything that was unpacked, and extract again.
Thanks for the advice, I'll give that a try.
