Clarify this statement? I see alot of authentic products and a few not but most are authentic. What exactly is jdm wannabe rice? Don't tell me you think that black wheels, anything amber, cf, ctr seats is "jdm wannabe rice". JDM is simply factory jap spec parts. Maybe your ragging on the fact that the cars are all cleanly modified except ditch the stickers? Because I see a pile of cars that are 100times nicer then 99% of the cars in Nova Scotia.
The cars in NS must suck some serious ass. I know what JDM means, and in fact it doesn't mean "factory jap spec parts." It means Japanese Domestic Market, and can be ANYTHING from Japan. Sushi can be JDM (by the time you eat it, it will be crap...)
I'm not argueing with you and your right most of the cars here do suck ass. Obviously we both know what jdm means and concerning cars it is jap domestic spec parts. They both mean pretty much the samething (headlights, sidemarkers, hoods ect). I'd rather post up some nice cars that people could actually afford to build then your usual super cars that most of us will never set a foot in. I was just wondering what "jdm wannabe rice" is? It's a new term to me so I was curious what it's supposed to mean? Ripoff parts by authentic japan performance part manufactures or something? I always thought rice was tacky things that have no function yet the owner beleives they do. It's not often I learn something new from a greasy texan jk
LoL, I'm not greasy! It's just that, TO ME (not to you, doesn't have to be) doing the whole "jdm" thing and going all out IS, in fact, rice. It's the definition of rice in itself. Do you think the bumper mouldings on that silver hatch add to performance? Nope, looks only... that sort of thing is what bothers me. IT's like, they want the look.. but that's only catching up as the true JDM cars already have the "look." They're modifying for performance, not red carpets and bumper mouldings.
Yeah I like the white Teg the best there. The accord at the first looks pretty good but please drop the stickers! That car is a walking advertisment. Is he sponsered by any of those companies? And the word rice is just OLD!! Give it up... and plus only steers and queers come from texas!
The irony here is that you follow "give it up" with a quote from a movie that is far older than the term 'rice' being applied to automobile modification. Oh, and I am a queer you FUCKING MORON!
that front lip looks like lucas' his is white... and then theres steves.. kinda looks like that but green... all jdm.. no stickers tho
That lip is the same as mine. Well kinda, that one there is for the 94-95 bumper but I have the 96-97 bumper on mine.
the accord is nice minus the fugly stickers rsx got nice wheels both the eg look tight minus the gabs clown wheel the ek got nice seats (1 recaro and 1 bride I think?)
Were you driving around with your intercooler just mounted and not connected to anything? JDN RYCE y0!
:roflmao: Thanks for the kind words :fingerda: And people have been modding there cars way before Full metal jacket was released...
Yeh I guess I can see where you comming from. All those cars do have some bling elements to them. If they shead the stickers I think most of them would be pretty clean looking cars though.
You get what you give. Yeah? NO SHIT! That's a brilliant comment considering it has absolutely fuck-all to do with what I said. Try to become literate, then reply. kthxbye!
Flower has quite possibly my favorite Accord ever, beautiful car, I don't see one thing about the car that I don't like :bigthumb:
I think a couple stickers here and there are ok, as long as you have the parts on the car or are supported/trying to support a business.
