    This works for a while. For me about age 42. That's when I had to buy pants that matched my age, and I'm not talking inseam.

    With minimal time home like you have, I'd find it hard to spend time in the gym too. Especially this time of year and pretty much living at your campsite. If there's a fire, there's beer, and if there's beer, they're getting drank until they're gone

    Yeah working away half the year would be brutal on the body.

    Is there gyms on the rigs?

    I am currently sitting at around 150. I was 230 for the longest time - then went down to the 200-210 range. I then cut out sugar/not eating anything with more than 5g of fat per serving and went down to 170-180 and stayed in that zone for a bit while trying to build muscle. Still was able to pretty much eat whatever I wanted and stay in that zone.

    Went back to the "diet" and went down to 140 (way too thin). Ate like shit for two weeks and went back up to 150.

    I use the 4-hour eating window (usually between 8-12 p.m.) based on the "Warrior Diet" time frame. Instant breakfast in the a.m. and nuts/berries, etc. snacks during the day. I eat like, well, a Warrior from 8-12 - I "feast", then famine until the next night pretty much. Have never felt better.

    Hit 200 even this am. Least I've weighed since 2013. I figure another 10-20 to go - although closer to 20 would be optimal and will hopefully have me where I want to be.
