I track sometimes with my Samsung watch....but I'm very skeptical of its accuracy. Sometimes it says I got 8 hours when I know full well I tossed and turned for a lot of that, and I sure don't feel like I had 8 hours when I woke up. I find my smart watch is mostly just good for tracking steps, which I like to keep track of especially now that I'm working from home and moving less than I would even in my already sedentary office job.
I am as well and that is why I posted in here to compare my thoughts with others.....the awake times I can verify but deep and light sleeps I question.
