removing and replacing a windshield

    ive sourced a windshield but i need to remove it from a 240sx and put it in mine. but im not sure what is required to remove one.

    Anyone know?


    i have to do the same with a sunroof, any ideas?

    don't even try it, I can guarentee you will have no success, putting a window in is easy, taking one out in one piece is extremly hard. If you can do it, my hat goes off to you. And there are special tools to take one out, one is air powered can't remember the name of it, or pick up some piano wire and you use that to cut the sealant that holds the glass to the car.

    In is the easy part. If you can get it out on your own, without cracking/chipping it, you're a better man than most...
