I don't really like it either since I never know what's going to pop up. I opened that old gay guy thing once.
I don't like it either because I am usually at work and I don't know what is going to pop up on my screen that may or may not be offensive to someone walking by.
A thread with only a link posted is a pretty useless thread, no? Maybe post a summary and your opinion on it. Or at least a link and your opinion. But just a link?
1) Having to write up the psychometrics of the measures I am using. Fucking most boring shit ever. 2) People who say "yah yah yah yah yah" to you while you are speaking to them.. I know of 2 people who do this, one is from Africa, one looks to be from East Asia. I assume, then, that its a cultural thing - but when someone keeps saying "yah" when I am speaking, I feel like I should stop... its very strange.
Calgary's dryness -- especially living in rez w/ a heating system w/o a humidifier type thing. My eyes are dry, I'm constantly thirsty, my throat is always scratchy, my skin/lips are dry, etc. Sucks.
dear iPhone....why can't you do anything? my broken fucking blackberry is sitting on my kitchen counter happily chirping away as i recieve facebook updates and e-mail on it. yet...here you sit, all shiny, new and seemingly useless.
Its hardly the bus's fault. If something that comes 11 minutes late makes you 15 mins late, you were already going to be 4 mins late. And while granted the traffic may have changed, you should be taking a bus that gives you a margin of error.
judging by my math, if the bus was on time, you would have only been four minutes late my suggestion: GET AN EARLIER BUS
I know its not the bus's fault. Its just weird because the bus I get is never busy untill the next stop after the one I get on at. & I had to walk from mumford to the mall to ... that takes me about 3 minutes... im lazy in the mornings.
The bus comes at 8:35 in the morning, it didnt get to lacewood until 8:46 ... I was at the bus stop at 8:25. If it comes on time, I get to work on time.
