This was, by far, the most technically horrendous blu-ray that I've seen yet. The sound is fucking aweful, and what in the sweet fuck was Michael Mann thinking with switching up his cameras? Half of the movie looks like it was shot on a consumer-grade Sony 3 chip handy cam. I am all for artistic interpretation, but unless Mann wanted me to feel like the camera crew of Dogg The Bounty Hunter went back in time and followed people with period-inappropriate accents shooting cannons at each other, then I give this a serious PASS.

Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, huge budgets, and a true story about one of the all time great American gangsters at the height of true bank robbing..... how did Mann fuck this up so much?
