    Heres buddies quote!

A few months back I traded my 99 blaster to my buddy for a set a wheels for my car. He traded the blaster for a 91 240sx with a broken timing chain.

Normally a timing chain takes a few hours but it turned into a mustang 5.0 swap.

For now its basicly a stock 5.0 wired with a painless wiring kit for EFI and it holds a B cam. It is going to be pulled and swapped with another motor this winter if all goes right.

Everything in the car is still functional from the sunroof to the cd player. The heads up display from the 240 had to go. We couldnt rewrite the mustang computer. lol

It wieghts about 2700 lbs. The front two cylinders of the motor sit over the front axle so its basicly alot more well distributed then a stock 240sx or mustang.

We are still breaking in the motor and its only gone half throttle. With alittle tap of the gas the rear wheels break free and it trys to boggie.

Im sure we will be out at Thompson next week and Im sure it will be at stuntfest.

Nothing like drinking beers, burning a few doobies and getting crafty. Here are some videos from yesterday and some pics.

The intake still needs to be made so we can close the hood. It also is waiting for some electric fans to keep her cool.

I do like 240's, however I can't say that i'm too fond of the S13's design. S14's and 15's do however win my heart.

Judgeing from the intake plenum it looks like a ford 5.0L.
