I seem to have some sites on my PC that wont delete themselves even if I clear the cookies, delete files and clear history....I run Ad Aware and the sites are still there....

Any idea on how to help?

You could also try a program called Norton Clean Sweep, or possibly Evidence Eliminator....they eliminate any temporary or junk files.
