Ok my factory cd is messed. its from a 5th generation lude and everything is stock in terms of audio. The ower and radio works fine on it as well. Earlier, cd's started to get "static" and really bad quality. Now it won't even play cd's. The screen reads PE-O, what the hell is wrong with this???
get a cleaning CD the lazer is probabley dirty being like 5 years old and all, do that and you should be alright
man, it comes with the Honda Acoutic Feedback system. As far as I'm concerned, thats a nice stereo...comes with 6 speakers, complete with mid's and tweaters. Fuck a factory deck and sub, just a reason for someone to break in.
No trevor's accord did not come with the same stereo as your prelude. although they do come with a decent sounding stereo.
not too sure - i had a 6 speaker system as wel from th factory with sweet dash mount tweeter locations that i had never seen on any other accord. - and anyone with an accord seems to ask me if i made them myself!
Worst thing you can do is run one of those CD "cleaners" They scratch the lens. You'd want to get it professionally cleaned or use compressed air.
Professionally cleaned? Like take it to Atlantic Car, Future Shop, etc? How much will this run me? Compressed air? How can I clean it myself??
Atlantic Car Stereo could probably do it. I think it's $80 or something like that. Go buy a can of compressed air at any computer store and see if you can do it yourself.
So just spray the compressed air through the "mouth" of the cd player where I feed the cd, or do I gotta take it apart and spray it?
