Took around 150 pics today.. Got a couple of pics that kinda stood out for me... Figured I'd share. Still have yet to get used to the camera, but I tried as many modes and settings as I could.
When I sort through the pics I may post some more.

The pool shots were just me goofing around and accidentally catching something a little different (for myself). And you gotta have a water shot :D hehe

The 3rd one is cool....I like the way that one ball has motion lines and the rest are still. Pretty cool.

Here's another I took that night. This is from Rockingham Ridge area, zoomed to the max (3x, wooo, LOL) trying to catch the highway more. But I was still fairly impressed with it... Taken at 5:30, 20sec exposure, F/4.5, ISO100.

A friend of mine had just picked up a Canon A85 the last time we were at Dooly's, so I stole a couple pics to see what it could do in the low light.

Fifth one you posted is the best of the pool shots, I think. Good focus on the cue ball. Your wb is good on the Rockingham shot.

You got the sky just right on the rockingham pic, great timing at dusk to capture the perfect shade of blue.

I was given a 1024x768 image, if that's what you mean.

rorytate canon=win(as far as low cost point & shoots go)

love the cueball & 8....too bad you were only shooting at 1024x768 would have made a nice bigger picture for a games room.
