As for sexual assault. If it happens, it should be reported to the police at the time and they should investigate it to the fullest. It's not the job of the public to be judge, jury and executioner on criminal activity.

Both statements are just my opinion obviously.[/QUOTE]

You should do some reading on the impact on victims of sexual assault and why it can take so long to come forward - 20 years isn’t actually that long of a time. I spent the last few weeks helping someone close to me write a Victim Impact Statement for an assault that happened 30 years ago.

Interesting tweet from Daniel Carrillo on the whole Cherry/“rich white boys playing hockey” thing:

    worth reading replies to it.

With Eric Malling, for those of you who remember him (circa 1990)

    EDIT: Found the whole segment:

I don't think we need to go full circle to argue over semantics. Get over it/accept it/work with it/whatever, it's irrelevant. Let's=let us, and I'm not part of it. I don't have an affiliation with a party, and don't identify as one or the other and who I vote for next election could be completely different from who I voted for this time. I want to know the platform at the time before I cast my vote. Too many people seem to line their values up with the party that they are a part of, and in turn just automatically decide that everything the other party says is wrong. I really find it hard to believe that it's possible for a conservative or liberal follower to truly organically believe in 100% of what their leader says and 0% of what the opposition says.

Yeah, I'm aware of that. I completely disagree about 20 years not being a long time. 30 years is a lifetime. Someone could accuse me of a crime 20-30 years ago and I'd literally have no defense except for 'I don't remember that long ago'. Sexual assault is a complicated crime but you have to draw the line somewhere on how far back you can accuse someone of a crime imo.

edit: obviously if there is undeniable evidence of the crime like a video or a confession or something, that's different

You wrote, “yeah, I’m aware of that” and then wrote a bunch of stuff that shows you aren’t really.

The wife and I went out for a quad ride/nothing hunt. Lots of sign for filling my last tag! May head back solo in the morning at first light.

I sent it to one of my friends and he said "Oh good, I won't have to wait for KD to go on sale any more!"
