Molly out for a quick throw in the -44 weather last week. we were only out long enough to do our business and have a very quick throw, in fact I had to use her ball to get her to go outside
No puppy for us. Puppy stuck in limbo until after State of Emergency is lifted. Can't get first needles or Vet Check so can't get puppy
My mom is in the same boat. She is getting a German Shepherd pup who will be 8 weeks this weekend, but the breeder will not release them until the next set of needles and health check by the vet (understandable). Who knows how long the delay will be until the vets will be able to take them again. It is really unfortunate. She put down her other dog in early Feb and has been having a hard time home alone, even worse now with the isolation. Having the pup around would do wonders for her mental health and keep her busy. I am surprised vets are not considered essential services. I understand no annuals, or elective surgeries, but puppy health is important from the beginning.
As of yesterday the province has now deemed new puppy and kitten vaccines as essential! SO hopefully you can now get your puppy on time.
We are scheduled to pick her up on Wednesday after work. So excited. My husband is taking Thursday and Friday off. I am taking all of the following week off.
Thank you!! It's only the 2nd time I've made "belt" type items. They are "Simple" in look, but because of it, any flaws can be seen that much more. I like how they turned out.

My moms new huge little guy! 9 week old Long Coat GSD, weighing in at 18lbs. She had a hard time with names but I think she is going with Bruin as he is like a big bear, but we prefer two syllable names for training purposes.
