Agreed! Although I must admit I had trouble sleeping the first couple nights after watching it. I actually have experienced sleep paralysis so I was worried it was going to happen because I was thinking about it, haha. I don't think I did but had some weird dreams. The show is great, though.

Taking a Mental Health day from work. Just watched the new Adam Sandler special. Just what I needed - it is a bit jarring at first as they switch between all his sets, but you settle into it and the comedy is gold. His tribute to Chris Farley is worth watching for on its own. It was cool at the end watching the credits and seeing 4 folks I work with called out as well - knew they had helped out, but didn't realize they had a call out in the credits.

Sandler special was great for some laughs.

Working my way through The Office for the first time and just started Making a Murderer season 2.

Watched the first couple of episodes of Get Shorty - going to really enjoy it. I've always enjoyed the books and they're spot on with the casting and writing.

In the middle of watching "You". It's very eerie....it's told from the perspective of a crazy stalker who gets into a relationship with a girl he became obsessed with before they even started dating and he worms his way into her life. Sometimes you find yourself sympathizing or agreeing with him on some things, and then you have to be like "wait, no...this guy is bad news". It seems like it is aimed at a younger crowd as it references a lot of social media and it centers around 20-somethings, but I think anyone could enjoy it if they like thrillers.

Same. I was wondering how they'd pull it off. Also watched Birdbox, and yes, I enjoyed it.

I think if you went into the movie expecting it to be mind blowingly awesome you'd be disappointed. I enjoyed the story. I liked it better than The Happening (which it most resembles) because I hated the twist in The Happening. I liked it about as much as A Quiet Place.

In terms of new style I'd have to put Bandersnatch ahead of it, but it's not a crap movie.

Bandersnatch was neat, but I found it a bit annoying. The constant replaying when you make a wrong decision...and I made a lot of wrong decisions. Sure I seen every ending in one shot. Took twice as long to get through as it should have.

I binge watched The Flash over the last month (all seasons), watching Arrow (on Crave) now.

Birdbox was middle of the pack to me, good enough to watch, nothing I would put on a favorite list by any means.

Should have watched paired with aired dates - at least the cross-over episodes.

Couldn’t get into it. Acting was mediocre and story was slow - gave up partway through episode 2.

A little more than halfway through the 3rd and final season of Lemony Snicket's Unfortunate Events. Watching with my daughter, but can honestly say I'd be watching it on my own at this point if she wasn't interested. :)

Just watched it last night. It was entertaining though the plot was a bit thin and we almost turned it off at one point.

it was hard to look past them moving around so easily with blindfolds... Try driving to the grocery store and back with all your car windows painted and using only GPS

That’s exactly it. I’ve also rowed boats on rivers before. There’s no way they make it down that river blindfolded.

yep. I've tossed children into raging rivers before too. No chance in hell you can ever find them.

Birdbox - a little silly and thin. Just ok.
Ozark - Currently working through the most recent season. Not as good as the first season, but entertaining.
Schitts Creek - Had really low expectations (Eugene Levy, Catherine Ohara, Canadian). Pretty good for mindless humour in short bursts. Definitely more entertaining than I expected.

Yeah, but he makes me want to scream at the TV. GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! YOU'VE BEEN THERE TOO LONG!! ETC.... yeah I scream the etc part too. It's a little (ok, a lot) far fetched in places, but I'm still watching.

Sadly Netflix had to tell people to NOT do the Birdbox challenge. You know, doing things like driving with a blindfold on. Honestly we ought to stop babying people and just let Darwinism do it's job.
