here is where all the pictures of my car are, minus the ones that show my rotted floor, but it does show the new floor i had to weld in there. http://ebiz.nscc.ns.ca/chris/camaro.htm
Works for me man... I just love all cars, and those things were badass back in their day... and can be made pretty badass again... (hello GM crate motor....) All about point-and-shoot driving, but that has it's appeal too...
Dude, an old Camaro with a big V8 engine is going to be faster with something like a T400 auto then with a standard... not as much fun, and still an auto...but actually faster....
Oh, I don't doubt that a good auto is faster in the drags, but a standard just feels better....more connected. but I've never driven an auto with a high-performance TC.
my friends have muscle cars, and one is a 13.somthing second car, and he paid 3 grand for it, and that is the extra parts and everything. is that cheap enuff
Ya but umm.. he meant a mint shape restored fast classic muscle car, not an old beat camaro or some shit that runs 13's.
and another one of my friends has a 78 r/t and its in awsome shape, and it runs like 13. somthing too
Man. . . . nice looking little Aspen. . . drop er down a little bit in the back. Don't care for the red, they look much better original (black with the R/T badging). Whats he got under there for a motor? Please tell me that thing still isn't a small block.
360 small, 4 barrel i believe took me for a ride one nite, the things torque-y as fuck, i got slammed back into my seat
yeah. . .. its alright. . . . if he paid 3000 for that, I guess thats alright. . . you can pick up an solid 78-79 Aspen for around 1000-1500 if you know people. . . . I just passed up a 78 R/T that was solid as fuck, no rust, with 41,000 on it, had a warmed over 318 with 340 heads, coulda had it for 1200. Then again, sit on the right deals and for 3000 you can find something like the one in the right of this picture. Most money my father put into this car was the wheels.
Says the man who's uncle has a C5 Vette, a Z06 (not stock) a C6 on order and what old classic tucked away?
