You can get it between $5-15 from the LPs now.
Yeah. I'm curious to see what pricing will work out too. Being able to grow 4 plants at home is pretty crazy. Plant your two favourite sativas, your two favourite indicas and have more pot than you could ever smoke in a year.
Growing is no where close to as easy as most people think. A proper set up is quite pricey.
I've seen some pretty impressive stuff grown with nothing more than some seeds and good soil
I've watched enough Trailer Park Boys to know it's not that easy.
If you want you house stinking of weed it can be that easy, but with tents, proper lighting and ventilation it gets to be pricey.
I had a friend who suffered from Bipolar Disorder who started growing his own weed in his apartment as medical marijuana wasn't a thing at the time. He got a complete hydroponic setup going and even with that, when I got off the elevator on his floor, all you could smell was weed.
Yea you need to get a good charcoal scrubber and tents, and even then it is not 100%.
Y'all need Jesus.
And a grow closet.
May be a little wait yet if the conservatives have their way:
I can't believe they are going to let you grow it at home. I mean, who would ever go to the government ran store with shelves full of it when you could grow it yourself!
Alberta/BC allowing it?
It is the same as liquor, you can make that at home too, but not many people do it.
Thats what I was getting at. Lol.
Pretty much the only province that wont let you grow or is being tight with home growing is Quebec.
I know, I would almost go as far as to say its easier than growing. Maybe they will come out with cheap kits you can get at Costco.
If they are anything like the Costco wine kits. No thanks lol
Meh, I'll throw a couple of seeds in the garden and see what happens. It will either grow, or not.
That's a neat idea.
Most people are just gonna order it though. The ones who grow will be the ones who want to do it more for the gardening aspect of it. It's a bit more rewarding than growing tomatoes
wish more education was out there on strains and such. If I have x illness I take y drug.
For medical, just look for high CBD strains like Pennywise CBD or Cannatonic. The super high THC shit is really just made to get you high and doesn't have much anti-inflammatory properties at all.
So, what are the laws once Canada officially gets pot legalized if I’m flying from or to a State in the US where it is legalized. I assume “nothing allowed” since it’s not federally legal in the US?
Can't wait the few hours in between?
Just visit your apothecary upon arrival.
You can't fly it out of the country.
I still get weirded out flying in Canada with the oil, even though it is completely legit.
I'm just postulating that the rules could change given the changing laws in Canada.
I really only thought of the question because my wife and I did stockings for each other early before flying back to NS for the holidays and she put some edibles in my stocking. Once it's legal, it's no different in many ways from bringing alcohol across the border.
I don't know how confident I would be bringing into into the states if it is not federally legal there.
Yeah, I would NEVER take pot across the US border no matter where what state you'd be entering/leaving. Way too risky with it being federally illegal.
watching Boarder Patrol, even though its legal in certain states, you can't legally cross the boarder with it.
Do you want to go to federal pound me in the ass prison?
Because that’s how you go to federal pound me in the ass prison
speaking from experience?
I wonder how long after legalization the airlines start serving edibles on flights?
"Sir, would you be interested in being fucked up for four hours after you land?"
They won't, it would be a hazard if there was an emergency and you needed to get off and some one was melting into their seat because it was their first time doing edibles.
