    After signing John Tavares on weekend, they have the best vegas odds to win the cup...I am a Pens fan but Leafs are 2nd on my list. Team is starting to look stacked!

    It is so amazing to have such a talented player truly want to be with this team who have been building for several years now! Warms my heart and hopefully wins a cup!

    Need stronger D men. Cant outscore everyone.

    Lots of prospects with the marlies but leafs will struggle in their own end again this year without an anchor.

    I agree but...I think Dermott playing full-time this season will be an upgrade over some of their previous options. They may still need to get another d-man somehow.

    they have like two to three years to do it, they wont be able to afford all the young guys on their entry level deals
