I wasn't around on the weekend, although I was supposed to be. But I did see you heading out that direction as I was heading into town, Friday I believe, likely around 5ish

3 large used filing cabinets from an old law firm for garage storage to add to the others I got before. So much simpler than building benches!

I'm assuming hesitancy because of COVID but it all depends on where you're going - it's a large country. Don't go to Idaho.

I just looked at their prices for winter tires for the wife’s car and they are 30-40 more per tires than Costco or the local tire shop I always deal with.

Yeah I find them hit or miss too, some brands are way cheaper, some are cheaper elsewhere.

I'm at 210 and have plateaued a bit - aiming to get down to 195 but don't need to push it.

    210 myself...but a lot shorter

Either covid needs to get under control and I get back to sports, or I need to figure out how to find enough energy to work out. Completely on me for letting it get this far but I am exhausted.

Feeling like shit these days, look like it too.

Great job HairyAssHairyAss ... That's impressive

Winter coming in New Brunswick and having a baby doesn’t help either!

I started making some big changes in April and haven’t stopped - set out some challenges for myself physically that have kept me active - half marathon, 100 mile bike ride, now training for a marathon. Started intermittent fasting, and also quit drinking. It’s all added up to the pounds melting off.

Somewhat ironically, it’s probably the marathon training that has me plateaued. Most people gain weight training for a marathon; I’m ok with flat.

Just weighed in at 206 actually - great feeling seeing that! It was fun buying the jeans - had to buy a size smaller than I can remember buying (34 waist) - before I started losing weight, I was in 38 but really needed 40. If I drop to a 32... pretty sure that takes me back to high school size.

Well I only drink 2 beer a week (poker night), drink no soda (never did)...so that's not the major issue for me. I need to move my ass more and stop snacking at night.

Picked up a gently used set of 265/60/18 winter tires on rims that fit the Durango...$500, hard to pass up.

Next on the winter checklist...weather tech mats all around.

weathertech are trash, I’ll never have another set

my wife had 3d maxpiders in her old car and they held up awesome, I’d buy them 100 times over weathertech

I just use the factory heavy duty rubber ones these days tho

i've had weathertechs in my last 3 vehicles up here in the Canadian arctic and they have never bent/broke/shown any sign of wearing down - despite the conditions.

I will respectfully disagree that they are trash
