After 36 hours in the dark due to Fredericton being destroyed by wind...I am about to purchase all new food. Fuck.

Time to look into both a generator and a non-electric back-up heat option.

    Shitty deal.

I'm covered for that situation should it ever occur. I can keep my fridge, freezer, furnace, TV / Internet going with a 3000W generator. I can Mcgyver up my pump (120V) temporarily if a HAVE to get more water. Usually just fill a couple buckets for flushing before an expected outage.

    Just dropped about $2,500USD on inventory/shipping. Bringing a new product to Amazon.ca & Amazon.com once I jump through a few shipping/labelling hoops.

4 tickets for the Sounders FC vs. Timbers tonight. MLS playoffs, going to be a good one!

Holy crap, what a game. I can barely talk today, my voice is spent from cheering last night. It's unfortunate how it all ended for the Sounders, but considering how the season started, it was a great run to even get to the playoffs.

New laptop. Thanks for the 15% off, eBay. Because of the coupon, combined with a sale, a $900 laptop was $713.

Now I can finally lay my 7 year old Toshiba to rest...

My toshiba lasted 7 years as a daily laptop and even when I upgraded it in January, I still use it as a NVR and plex server

Dyson V8 Animal...what an amazing vacuum. I hate dealing with my central vac and black Friday was willing to take the risk on the price. Did not expect it to work as well as it did.

I used to be a die hard silver jeans lover. 20$ Costco jeans are just as comfortable and last forever.

Wine fridge. Got a great deal on a barely used model that retails for $2000 USD for more than 50% off. Holds 166 bottles of wine - my wife filled it up last night and we still have over 80 bottles that wouldn't fit. Time to start drinking more.

Kitchen faucet since mine randomly started leaking from the handle and a cartridge replacement was no where to be found.

That was my thing...I owned one pair of respectable jeans, i bought a pair of silver jeans in spring and that was the first pair in 4 years. So I bought 2 more pairs. They'll last another few years hopefully.

Had to stop at Port City Café for hot chocolate this am since my non-existent balls are frozen. Keep warm out there!
