Not a whole lot, I was in Bedford on that Friday, my wife called me at 7:30 saying the freezer was melting, glowing bright red in the back of it, took a quick vid and unplugged it. Luckily for us, she noticed it before she went to work or it may have been disastrous. Normally, I would be home...I just happened to be away for a rare trip to NS.

That's what you get for leaving the house.

(it seems every time I go somewhere or try to have fun or something then something at home breaks, it's punishment I'm sure)

I suppose that is one way to ensure shade for your front porch.

I bought myself a tube of caulk, teflon tape, and 25' of light duty garden hose. This is going to be a fun weekend.

Hot water tank installed after another trip to the hardware store for pex adapter fittings & a ball valve. Unfortunately the heat from draining the tank into the sump pit weakened a hose clamp on the sump and I had a fountain of hot, muddy water to deal with.

And we ran out of propane in the middle of cooking supper.

    Fun times abound tonight!

Solar powered string lights for out on the deck. Made a huge difference - we put a new table out there as well last week and haven’t eaten inside since we got it all set up.

First time doing back to school shopping.... My boy is 6... Fuck I'm getting old.

Stopped at Costco, old navy and Cabela's. Guess which store dad and son had the most fun at?

Thanks, a vintage piece handed down from wife's grandmother. Got a bunch of antique furniture throughout the house.

Replaced our BroilKing with a New Weber Bbq.

Home Depot has some excellent deals on Bbq’s If anyone’s looking.
