Giving some serious thought to picking up a new bike myself.

Joe Rogan tickets for September is the last meaningful thing I purchased.

New washer/dryer. Previous owners were kind enough to take the ones that were there, even though they were supposed to stay. Credits for that paid for most of this one though.

Sat - new front and rear Michelin tires for the bike, front pads, and an exhaust clamp, from Pro-Honda. Today, smoked meat sandwich and African peanut soup from Pete's to Go.

I tell ya, those tires were priceeeeeeey. I was a little pissed because when I went to get the bike safetied before storing it for the winter they said it just needed a front tire. So, knowing they're a little pricier than online, I just decided to wait. When I took it in I ended up needing the front, back, a set of OEM front pads, and a exhaust clamp. $823.00. If I knew I needed MORE than just the front I would have ordered the tires online and brought the pads I have sitting at home with me.

Pretty sure most local places are matching online prices now but regardless what tires did you get that came to 800? I've never had mine come to over 300 a set.

Michelin 2CT front, Michelin Pilot Road 4 in the back. The back tire is almost 300 by itself.

Got in on the presale for the 1030 show. Oh don't you worry, I haven't forgotten about the Tool show. I'm probably going to have to take the night off work to make it, but I'll be there!
