You can see why chewing is kind of her thing. Crappy picture but you get the idea.

Just ordered some Contact Lenses. On the plus side, holy fucking cheap ordering through lens.com as compared to clearly.ca where I used to order them. On the negative side, it's US law that they need to see my prescription before they can ship them (seems dumb) - gave them the number of my optometrist in Halifax and hopefully that will be good enough.

New stove, the old one had a wonky control unit that would work and then not work. Part was NLA since the stove is like 14 years old.

The good side is finally all my appliances are stainless, just much sooner than I wanted them to be

Fridge, stove, heat pump and water heater since November, it has not been a cheap winter for home ownership

I buy ALL my t-shirts from Michaels. They cost $6 each, no logos, comfortable, and are pre-shrunk so after the first wash they aren't crop tops.

Yeah no, the sticker price was a grand, but it was red ticketed to $549. Got a NordicTrack RW200, more than adequate for our needs.

I'd assume the jelly was to put over any Knicks/cuts if it stings from the salt.

Nice, I picked one up too, haven't tried it yet. Likely will give it a shot this week.

The missus is interested in shooting, so decided to try this. Hoping you can buy an extra box of so, but I'll see.

I figure part of it will be range safety, showing how to dry fire, etc. Probably one round first shot, just in case, etc. Like I said - if I can get an extra box, great, if not, she gets to fire a gun. I haven't fired a gun since the early 90's, so I'm looking forward to snapping a few rounds off myself.

If she doesn't like it she doesn't have too many rounds to suffer through.
