Hell or High Water - great movie
The Founder - drastically different take than his autobiography Grinding it Out.
Enjoyed the movie.
The Autopsy of Jane Doe - 7/10 - different. I avoided too many reviews etc, beyond "you should see it." Which is good, because beyond the title I had no clue what it was about.
Passengers... Kind of light on an actual story but not bad. 7/10
Gifted....lighthearted movie. 7/10
Was pretty well done though; good CG, ok character development and fairly original. Getting tired of seeing the same thing over and over otherwise... Liked this better than Star Wars Rogue One personally
My Girl... cute movie.. cried a little. Ps: has anyone seen what Macaulay Culkin looks like now-a-days? Serious drug addict?
It Follows. 3/100. Meh.
I liked Passengers (not more than Rogue One, but I liked it) - however, I have to agree with this analysis on how the story could have been told in a re-arranged manner to make the overall movie better:
I was surprisingly entertained by this one, had a few good laughs. I enjoyed it.
I thought the same and very surprise.
Had anyone seen logan yet?
Gifted. Such a cute movie!
Yup, really good, quite violent.
Just finished watching it - dark for a Marvel flick, but I really liked it. The R rating content made for a far different experience than previous Marvel fare, not counting Deadpool of course.
Just watched John Wick 2.....no where near the first one!
Wonder Woman. I loved it!
I started it but couldn't get past the first 20 minutes....probably explains it's low rating.
I found it an excuse for violence. First one was great-this one flopped for me.
Arrival. Watched it on the plane, pretty cool concept 7/10
I started into this with a "I am going to hate this" attitude. Maybe that is why I liked it so much. It is nothing of what I expected at all. And she is maybe the prettiest woman I have ever seen.
Dr. Strange with the boy. He'd already seen it, but was fun to watch together.
Spider-Man: Homecoming. Was great. Highly recommend. Funny, great action, good cast. Loved Michael Keaton in it. Great movie.
Was pretty good!
I've seen a few, but nothing worth mentioning except this one : Once Upon a Time in Venice, starting Bruce Willis. I found it pretty funny.
Guardians of the Galaxy 2 - fun! 8/10
Life - liked it, 7/10.
Bridesmaids! I went and picked up my bridesmaids dress last night from David's Bridal, and just being in there made me wanna watch the movie again.
The Hitman's Bodyguard 8/10 fun fun fun!
Death Note 7/10 critics be damned, I liked it.
FernGully! One of my most favorite childhood movies
The (motherfucking) Hitmans (motherfucking) Bodyguard (motherfuckers!)
I enjoyed it. Friend I went with, not as much.
It was ok, pretty forgettable honestly
Guardians of the Galaxy 2 ... meh/10
Movies are kind of shit now as far as I'm concerned. I'd much rather a good TV show.
Another person to ad to "The Hitmans Bodyguard." List.
I liked it. Wouldn't rave about it but it was good. 7/10
Lots of good shows start in aug/sept/oct so I hoard them for the winter. Instead I'll catch up on movies.
Wonder Woman was pretty good and I hate superhero movies
So you basically don't like any modern movies then? Every second movie is some bullshit comic book it seems.
