Not funny...15cm snow. Yesterday it was green grass, golfing, flowers, bugs...you know May weather.

Yup. I was on the river with my fly rod yesterday evening.

Today, I had the woodstove going all day, and actually considered plowing this afternoon. It'll all be melted in two or three days, so I'm not going to bother, but I considered it...

It has snowed 3 out of the past 5 days.
Early may is usually damp and cool, but this is ridiculous. We planted 250 acres of peas 3 weeks ago and now I'm worried that wasnt such a great idea.

Yes sir. Been a while since I've popped in here eh?

I'm on a decently sized dairy/poultry/egg farm up here. Nearly 8 years here now, and I love it. Shocker, right ?

Got it set up late last night. Parker is in love. The fly needs to move a little bit forward and I need to finish securing it, but man oh man is this the life.

And yes, he's holding a Red Ryder. He's just like Ralph!

I laugh when I think about my high school teachers saying I'll never get paid to stare out the window. Boy were they wrong.
