No, never an option on the ITR. It would violate the purpose of the car adding that much weight at the worst possible spot on the vehicle. They didn't even offer AC the first few years for the weight savings until babies started whining.
possibly 2 cars hobbiled together. mabie a white integra something or other with a itr front end welded on? or a aftermarket sunroof i suppose would be easyier.
No, it wasn't. The GS-R, GS, and LS had a standard sunroof but the ITR and RS never got them unless they were installed aftermarket. It had absolutely nothing to do with the alleged weight addition (in fact, that isn't a huge deal at all) but with the structural rigidity of the chassis and it's inability to resist torsional bending under stress with a huge hole cut in it's roof. Now, tell me why they spout all this bs about rigidity and made it a hatchback instead of a coupe or even the sedan model?
