internet trooubles...mpowered i think, help me

    ok....this is what my modem says, now bare with me, i suck are computers so here we go

    WAN and ACT and LNK with it

    THEN

    LAN and ACT and LNK with it and power

    powrr is always on

    then sometime the WAN LNK will flash and go out for like 30 secs. or so, then come back on and shit..... and my net goes out

    and it's pisssing me the fuck off....


    and the LAN LNK stays on all the time

    help me,

    and call tech support if your wan lnk light is blinking

    Umm.. what?

    Aside from the wan link going off sometimes and your net disconnecting, does an alarm/alert light come on when that happens?

    How long is the phone cord from your modem to your wall jack?

    no alarm light comes on

    is that a fake #
