Happy Holidays Everyone! While perusing the other threads I noticed a few people mention they had an Instant Pot. I'd love to hear your recipes, hits & misses! I've had mine for about month and I am still learning the basics, but I love it. Any meat comes out so tender! However, I have been less successful in adapting recipes as I am with other cooking methods, and the flavour isn't always what I expect. I would really like to find some authentic Chinese food recipes, I think those would be fun to make!
