How are the guys at Kartbahn doing these days?

Kartbahn is the only indoor track i've ever been on. Anyone want to take a guess as to how big their building is square foot wise?

Anyone that carts regularly, I assume the electric carts are where its at eh?

I loved drifting kartbahn in the electric carts. The electric ones were more fun I found because they're torquey and you don't smell like exhaust when you leave.

My offices in Calgary (Balzac) used to be call BillyRay Racewy what we have our office in used to be the show room and repair shop and next door where Bucars is now used to be the indoor track and in between used to be the outdoor track

from what i understand they used to sell custom carts and store them for people there, and in the summer sometimes they would combine the inddor and outdoor tracks together

Yeah. Electric cars are good because a 140 lb kid can line up against a 250 lb dude and they still get almost the same accelleration.

    Anyone know what they cost?

How many carts do they have? Like 30 with spares and everything? I haven't been there since they got the electric ones.

Who says that? If its lucas that means they are probably about 3K or 4K each. If its Ingo, they were proably about $30 each. :kekeke:

Don't forget the charging system, and lap counters.

I don't now what he told you, but he definitely was not part owner when it Openned. I built the first place with Lucas transforming it from a clothing warehouse to a track, (it had as small stint as a climbing gym before we beat down the walls too. Steel toes and claw hammers required :kekeke:) but he didn't come in the picture at least until just as/ just after it openned.
