Of course the don't, those will simply strengthen your obliques. Doing crunches and core/ab exercises help strengthen your abs and make your core more solid. If you want to lose your love handles then start eating properly and keep working out. You have to meet your abs half way, what I mean by that is you have to work them out, but also, you need to lose stomach fat or else they will never be visible.

So Shawty, you've been online today and once again you avoided this thread. I take it you took the night off last night? Perhaps you were hungry again? Or maybe you had a hair appointment again? Or wait...it has to be that you worked 1-9 right?
I know I predicted failure but I didn't think it would be this soon.
Holy! What a difference I noticed even today. I was able to push myself harder on the machines and increased my reps by 2-5 for each time around the circuit. Plus I found I was able to give more to my cardio even though I was doing it after my weight training.

I haven't seen her eat anything at work that is bad for her.
She did cheat once..had some icecream lol. But that was my fault..I gave it to her.
a little ice cream is ok....little slip ups arent going to kill you or really derail your progress....but a constant slip up..kills it
I agree. I'm sure she's not constantly slipping up. I see her at work pretty close to daily, although it's only on my lunch break. But she always has an apple or something. I haven't seen shitty food.
She's posted shitty food she's eaten in here though. And Mystik isn't being mean. She asked for help and everyone is giving her help but she's ignoring it, pish poshing at it, or making excuses as to why she can't do it or give it her all.
Whatever. You're right you don't have to answer to me. But when you ask for someone's help it's probably good that you give them feedback. Would you treat a personal trainer the way you treat me?
*edit - If you've really been going to the gym you'd be able to tell me what you have been doing. But you still can't tell me what you did at the gym. Therefore I don't believe you went and did anything more than walk on a fucking treadmill.

Just came across this article. Thought it was a good fit for this thread.
I took hydroxycut for 10 days and didn't notice a difference at all, I know 10 days isn't long enough to see changes, but something would have changed.
I think it's because I was using the caffeine free Hydroxycut.
Oh well, I wont keep using them! It was worth a try though.

I don't even know what to say. Your diet was probably shit, you went to the gym one maybe two times that actually count. What did you expect? To lose weight in 10 days with no effort because of some fucking pill?

I only went to the gym for 20 minutes that one time.
