An arrest warrant has been issued for a man police have been seeking in relation to a December shooting in Cowie Hill. At 5:50 p.m., December 4, officers in the vicinity heard multiple gunshots behind 30 Ridge Valley Road, a large apartment complex. Moments later, a 911 call was received indicating there was a male in the building who had suffered a gunshot wound. Officers found a 26-year-old man in an apartment suffering from a bullet wound . He was transported to hospital by EHS with non life-threatening injuries. Last Friday, police announced charges had been laid against two men in connection with the shooting, Jeremy Leblanc, 26, Daniel Borden, 24, and that a third man was still being sought. Police have been unable to locate the man to this point, and yesterday a warrant was issued for his arrest. Charles Andrew Belisle-Taylor, 23, is being sought, facing charges of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
