how do i make a pic small so it will fit for my advitar or what ever its called

 

Any photo editing software (i.e. Photoshop) or if you don't have a fancy program like that, use Paint.

 

in paint- do i just use the drag thing to make it smaller?

 

Image > Stretch/Skew

 

just post it & some'll resize it for ya
