    so i ran norton but this alert keeps coming up anypne know anything bout this virus???

    just type the name of the virus into google, you will probably get lots of matches for fixes

    is there anyway way i can delete fiels that say you cant cuz its write protected??

    reboot into safe mode and try to delete them

    I have this same one! It's all through my windows files! I', goin to reformatt someday! when ever I get around to it!

    as far as deleting files that are write protected go, right click on them and take the check mark out of the read-only box.

    also, if norton picks up a virus, odds are the removal tool is at www.symantec.com

    This is your best friend when it come to viruses, just go there, search the virus and you can find out all about it (some have more info than others but...) as well as get a removal tool.

    Sorry, guess I will have to start looking at post dates :)

    But www.symantec.com next time you get one. That is if you can even use your PC enough to get to that site when the virus is there.
