I just got a phone to do a government survey. Fist question: Are you a permanent resident of canada or a immigrant? I answered "I am a permanent resident." He replies " Sorry sir but you do not qualify for the government survey" WTF? Canadians are not longer qualified for government surveys? Oh the survey was about issue's that bothered canadians
Well, permanent residents aren't Canadian citizens. You should've replied with, "I'm a Canadian citizen", then you could've answered the survey.
They take samples from different groups, more than likely they were nearing the end of the survey quota, and no longer needed opinions of permanent residents, just the other categories to get equal amounts of opinions from all groups.
