I go get my car after work to find a note on it. I open it up and it says that they are responsible for the scratch on my bumper. I get out and go look. Sure enough, there's a few minorish scratchs on the corner. :pissed:

That's twice in two winters this has happened to me while parking around the same area when the roads are icy. Fuck you stupid drivers!!!!!!

Did they leave contact info? Or just a note to rub it in?

You are ranting about someone causing a few "minorish" scratches on your bumper and leaving a note assuming responsiblity? How dare they!

Just be thankfull they left a note and didn't just drive off

Oh I am thankful, don't get me wrong.

Upon closer inspection this morning in the light, it's not just some minor scratches on the bumper like I first thought. Some of the quarter panel by the headlight got pushed in too. :pissed:

And I agree with Pirate, it is a big pain in the ass to get stuff fixed.

Oh I know. Calling the shop, droping the car off. Driving a rental for a couple of days. Picking your car up again.

You can't be too upset since they left contact info both times.
Nothing worse than coming out to a smashed car, and no note.

I know, and I'm thankful both people did. But still. You know the road is solid ice, maybe you could be a liiiiiittle more careful when you turn a corner!

I seriously think that driving a car should be more of a priveledge. Make the test a real test and not a joke, and for people who seem to confuse it with bumper cars, maybe they shouldnt be allowed to play.
